The Ministry of Education licenses all programs. The programs provide kindergarten and school age before and after school care for children ages 4-12 yrs. In addition, some programs offer toddler and preschool programs for children ages 18 months-3.8 years.

Job Requirements
The ideal candidates will have successfully completed an Early Childhood Education program, and provide proof of registration with the College of Early Childhood Educators. A working background with kindergarten and school age children is preferred.
A police record check for the vulnerable sector dated within six (6) months is required upon hire. Standard First Aid dated within three (3) years, and Infant/Child CPR dated within (1) year are also required.
Shifts range from 3 to 5 hours Monday through Friday. Permanent or term positions are available (split shift, 10 or 12 month). The start date will be determined upon hire.
The hourly rate is $25.71 (+ Wage Enhancement Grant). Permanent positions offer an RRSP, benefits, + vacation and sick leave. Term positions offer 4% vacation pay + sick leave.
