Growing Skincare and Medical Aesthetics business is seeking a part-time receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate processes excellent interpersonal and communications skills, demonstrates professionalism, maturity, and dependability, and the ability organize, prioritize, and multi-task. 

Qualifications~

Previous customer service experience with strong client focus is essential. 

A familiarity and interest in the beauty and aesthetics industry would be an asset.

Working ability with a computer and telephone etiquette is required. 

 

The part-time receptionist will work with a team to support the daily operations of the business. 

Responsibilities include~

  • Greeting, welcoming, and directing clients for their services, scheduling client appointments using spa software booking system.
  • Maintain a clean, organized and tranquil reception area.
  • Adhering to the policies regarding client confidentiality, bookings and cancelations, and payments. 
  • Contributing to workplace and team support by accomplishing given tasks as needed.
