Primary responsibilities:
- Work towards shared goal with emphasis on service quality, customer satisfaction and financial performance in a dynamic retail environment
- Make effective recommendations to customers including product support/consultation through a growth mindset focused on learning and education
- Adhere to all regulatory requirements to ensure compliance
- Detail oriented; ability to complete a variety of operational duties as assigned by the Retail Manager
- Work well in a team environment, inspire and empower the Zephyr culture
desired candidate profile and qualifications:
- Previous retail experience in a high-volume workplace
- Certification – CannSell license
- Excellent customer service and strong communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, which may require weekdays, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Experience with Cova as well as prior knowledge and experience of working in the cannabis industry is considered an asset
