Responsibilities:

Respond to customers in a courteous, professional, and well informed manner

Fulfill customer expectations in a manner that complies with policies, practices, and procedures

Participate in continuous improvements with a focus on service excellence

In conjunction with on-screen customer information, identify customer needs through contact while simultaneously updating customer information on the system

Achieve quality service by accurately assessing and responding to customer needs, using sound judgment and flexibility when recommending solutions

Availability to work during the business hours of operation, including weekends

Working knowledge of PC's and strong keyboarding skills

Excellent command of both the English and French languages (written and oral)
