EMPLOYER: Fleet Pro Sound
Fleet Pro Sound & Lighting Inc. sells, services and rents professional audio, video and lighting rental equipment in the National Capital Region. We have a large retail store located in the west end and have been in business for over 30 years.
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who can wear several hats. The position involves working in our rental department, shipping, receiving, and delivery of daily and event rentals. It will also involve service calls to our clients sites for general maintenance and installation of systems we sell to our clients, as well as working in our retail showroom selling sound and lighting equipment.
Customer Service – interacting with clients closely to specify equipment for their events and providing service calls and installation labour
Ship and receive the rental inventory of stock in and out of the warehouse
Perform service calls and installations for customers for systems on site
Retail sales of sound & lighting from our showroom
Experience in the Audio Visual industry is a must – preferably 2-5 years
Must have a good working knowledge of the latest audio, video and lighting equipment.
Strong decision making and problem solving skills
Strong verbal and written skills.
Basic computers skills
Current driver’s license.
Bilingualism Preferred but not required
