As a Line cook/Prep cook your primary focus' will be:
- Presenting food while accommodating to spec and presentation
- Ensuring quality of food
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Attention to detail
- Restocking food items before peek hours
- Adhere to the Health and Safety policies and procedures outlined in the program
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in cooking and handling food is a definite asset but not essential
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs
- Able to work flexible shits, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
