Ergo4u is looking for an effective, bilingual estore administrator, typical duties include:
- Creating and updating product advertisement and maintaining e-commerce site using Magento
- Creating and managing client feedback interface in Magento
- Creating, updating and managing blog and other resource information in Magento.
- Experience with SEO and promotion of e-commerce sites
- Creating promotional ads and resources for social media such as Instagram, Facebook, blog, etc.
- Creating and managing order entry, order fulfillment and PO system in Magento and Quickbooks Online
- Answering client inquires (phone, email).
- Preparing invoices and following up on account payment.
- Ensuring the office is running smoothly, problem solving and general administrative tasks.
- Assist with marketing activities.
- Must have ability to work from home based office, requires quiet, undisrupted environment with internet access and confidential voice mail.
- Book keeping.
- Advanced proficiency in Magento for estore operation and promotion
- Demonstrate advanced level of proficiency in video recording, video editing
- Demonstrate advanced level of proficiency in content creation using Canva, photoshop
- Bilingual (English/French).
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills (including strong business writing, marketing, proofreading, and editing).
- Advanced level of proficiency in Ms Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Demonstrated experience invoicing clients.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Demonstrate initiative and ability to work independently.
- A constructive attitude for improving office systems and procedures and a willingness to acquire and take on new responsibilities.
