Coaching and development of crew
Strong business acumen to analyze business needs and act on them
Inventory Management and reconciliation
Labor management as per schedule provided
Guest service, issues and opportunities
Responsible for controllable costs: Food and Labor
Restaurant cleanliness and follow Firehouse restaurant standards
Ensure operational and Occupational Health and Safety Standards are followed
Hands on Leader, willing to help wherever is necessary
Other duties as required
Ability to do rotational shifts including opening, closing and weekend shifts
Qualifications and Skills:
MUST have a minimum 1 year Restaurant Supervisor experience (for management positions)
Strong communication and computer skills
Excited to work in the customer service environment
Willingness to learn
Required to have safe food handlers certificate (can obtain within 3 months of getting hired)
Required to have First Aid/ CPR Level C (can obtain within 3 months of getting hired)

The hourly rate of up to $17.00 (for management) will be delivered in full once you are able to manage our team competently with our standards and complete and obtain the manager certification from Firehouse Subs HQ.
