We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic, and motivated individuals to join our growing team. Successful candidates are service-oriented, self-directed and able to work within a fast-paced, team environment and provide excellent customer service at all times.
Duties include:
Performing daily, weekly, and bi-weekly duties including, but are not limited to:
- Greeting clients and families, in person and on the phone, to answer various inquiries
- Scheduling patient appointments and ensuring practitioners stay on schedule by notifying of client's arrival
- Direct billing patient's private insurance at the time of their appointment and/or collecting payment once the appointment is completed
- Maintain patient accounts by obtaining, recording and updating personal and financial information while adhering to confidentially procedures
- Handling therapist's various inquires
- Responding to online appointment requests in a timely manner
- Completing confirmation calls/e-mails
- Handling incoming faxes and scanning appropriate reports, charts and other documents correctly into client's charts
- Accountable for incoming and outgoing referrals and callbacks on a daily basis
- Ensure adequate therapist supplies are available for efficient operation of the clinic by completing inventory checklist daily
- Daily cleaning and tidying of the clinic treatment areas, staff areas, and washrooms
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25 per week
Salary: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
