JOB DESCRIPTION:
High Tech Genesis is seeking a Project Manager, who will collaborate with the service delivery, sales and engineering teams including consulting engineers, architects, staffing managers, delivery managers and sales account teams. You will also work directly with mid to senior-level customer contacts, both at the technical and executive level. You will also collaborate and manage service and support groups across the company, including third-party vendor resources.
Our ideal candidate would:
- Have their certification as a PMP or Agile Certification or Scrum Master Certified
- Be energetic, have worked in a professional services environment
- Have experience with value orchestrating, documenting the deliver, design, and implementation of the project to provide visibility of the stages of the project. Updating the client and showing them the value in the work being done.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute the project with a team of professionals
Required skills:
- Federal Government Secret Clearance
- Certified PMP
- 3 to 5+ years of experience as a PM working on IT infrastructure deployments projects with the federal government from conceptualization to completion
- 3 years of experience in a professional services IT environment, working on 2 to 3 medium sized projects in Agile at the same time.
- 3 years of client focused project management services
- Proven success using value orchestrating to provide clients with measurable value in every step of the deployment project
- Independent thinker, able to see possible opportunities for upgrading client with new services
