JOB DESCRIPTION:


House of Georgia Pizzeria is a very busy quick service that offers take-out and delivery service. We have been in operation for more than 30 years, We are currently looking for an energetic team player who is ready to work in a face paced and exciting environment. A successful candidate must have good English comprehension as well as kitchen experience. 


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Responsible for preparing pizza in a premium restaurant
* Prep and maintain station to specifications per Head Chef
* Execute pizza with detail, speed, and cleanliness; preparing recipes provided by Head Chef
* Monitor product stock and ordering
* Keep a clean work station, including all equipment, abide by Health & Safety standards and Food Safe requirements


SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:


* Food Handling and Health & Safety training
* Skilled in various cooking methods; grilling, frying, sautéing
* Knife skills and knowledge of kitchen equipment
* Understanding of standard measurements
* Enthusiastic with a passion for food and a positivity
* Able to follow instructions
* Professionalism; (punctuality, dedication, well-groomed, manners)
* Ability to stand for long periods of time
* Ability to work weekends, holidays and evenings
