- Protect establishment and customers by adhering to health and

safety and food handling regulations

- Carry out cleaning procedures throughout shift and when

closing as directed by supervisor

- Assist customers with questions about menu and ingredients

- Stay updated on current menu and ingredients

- Demonstrate knowledge of portions and weights for menu


- Adhere to grooming and appearance standards consistently

- Contribute to team effort by proactively assisting colleagues

when necessary

- Promptly address customer service issues and refer customers

to management when necessary

- Fill in for absent staff as needed

- Carry out tasks as set by store manager



- Demonstrates a positive attitude
