Administration experience and eye for detail needed
Co-ordinate meetings and workflow processes, review documents for accuracy and potential improvements, and provide high-quality administrative support.
What you’ll do:
- Co-ordinate Credit Committee conference calls and meetings
- Review submissions to the committee, ensure submissions are presentable and distribute to attendees
- Prepare a semi-annual Credit Committee report and follow-up on committee files
- Co-ordinate all loan closing documentation
- Track the loan documentation process and look for ways to improve
- Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports and invoices

What you’ll need:
