Are you passionate about working outdoors and creating beautiful garden spaces? We’re looking for a dedicated and reliable Gardener to join our team for the 2026 season!
This is a hands-on, outdoor role where your skills in horticulture and landscape maintenance will truly make a difference.

🌱 What You’ll Be Doing:
• Planting, watering, fertilizing, pruning, and maintaining trees, shrubs, flowers, and lawns
• Mowing, edging, mulching, and weed control
• Operating hand tools (pruners, shovels, rakes, hoes)
• Using power tools (push mowers, trimmers, blowers, hedge cutters) safely and efficiently
• Installing and repairing irrigation systems
• Monitoring plant health and identifying pests or diseases
• Keeping job sites clean and safe

🌼 What We’re Looking For:
• 1+ year gardening experience (preferred)
• Comfortable operating landscape tools and equipment
• Knowledge of plant care and basic pest management
• Strong attention to detail
• Physically able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Valid driver’s licence (preferred)

• Are you comfortable driving a work vehicle to job sites in the Kanata/West Carleton area?
• Are you comfortable using a wheelbarrow to transport mulch and/or riverstone when needed?
