JOB DESCRIPTION:
High Tech Genesis is seeking a Senior Manager for System Test & Automation you will be responsible for managing a team of Automation Framework Developers OR CI (Regression) execution. As a leader you would be expected to inspire and motivate the team under you to deliver the best-in-class services to the rest of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- As Senior Manager you will be instrumental in leading a team of SW QA Automation engineers
- YOU will drive new automation processes, standards, tools, training, and proposals
- YOU will collaborate with other managers and leaders from across the organization to deliver on common goals
- YOU will Lead Automation enhancements in reporting results, providing timely information to project leads to make informed quality decisions, and provide analysis tools for tracking result trends and quality benchmarks
Required skills:
- BSEE/BSCS coupled with 5+ years in engineering management
- 5+ years of experience in automation testing integrated with the CI/CD pipeline
- Hands-on experience with automation modularization, APIs, standards and frameworks
- Experience championing automation deliverables in Agile SW development processes
- Extensive knowledge of Automation frameworks, environments, and practices
- Outstanding communication, presentation and influencing skills
Desirable Skills:
- Knowledge of routing and switching technologies
- Experience as a Scrum Master or leading Scrums
- Experience with lab infrastructure
