Opportunity available in a fast paced, trusted chiropractic practice located in Kanata. No medical experience required. Customer service industry experience is an asset. Position includes an upbeat, energetic work environment, and requires someone with exceptional people skills.
Approximately 33 hours per week. Work week is Monday-Thursday, we have Fridays off to be with families to try and keep life balanced.
PLEASE NOTE HOURS before applying as we do have 3 split shifts, so if you are local and have your own transportation, they will work well.
Monday 6:30AM - 12:00PM; 2:30PM – 6:00 PM
Tuesday 6:30AM - 12:00PM
Wednesday 6:30AM - 12:00PM; 2:30PM – 6:00 PM
Thursday 6:30AM - 12:00PM; 2:30PM – 6:00 PM
Additional hours are required for administration work possibly (outside of the above posted times) Monday-Thursday but will fluctuate from week to week. We need someone who has some flexibility.
*As a team, we aim to take off during the kids' march break, 2 separate weeks over the course of the summer, and in between Christmas and New Year's.
ASSETS REQUIRED: HIGH energy, OUTGOING personality, organizational skills, VERY strong computer and phone skills, quick-learner, high-tech office, excellent memory, great work ethic, punctuality and flexibility a must. Ability to follow detailed instructions and multi-task in a busy office. Excellent communication skills.
Must have a HUGE HEART!
DUTIES: Chiropractic assistant to the Doctor, assist in note taking, prepare patient files, upload patient x-rays and reports in computer, teach spinal rehabilitation exercises to patients, assist in clinic online activities, community liaison for outreach events, various clinical administrative tasks, etc.
