Administration experience and eye for detail needed
Co-ordinate meetings and workflow processes, review documents for accuracy and potential improvements, and provide high-quality administrative support.
This position is designated bilingual (English and French), and the successful candidate must be able to communicate in both of Canada’s official languages.
What you’ll do:
Co-ordinate Credit Committee conference calls and meetings
Review submissions to the committee, ensure submissions are presentable and distribute to attendees
Prepare a semi-annual Credit Committee report and follow-up on committee files
Co-ordinate all loan closing documentation
Track the loan documentation process and look for ways to improve
Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports and invoices

What you’ll need:
Diploma or certificate in business and software training and at least3 years of related experience(or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
