JOB DESCRIPTION:
Meticulous Maids is seeking Residential Cleaners to join our family!!!! We are based right here in our country's capital, Ottawa! At Meticulous Maids we bring you the highest quality cleaning service through valiant effort that ensures the most attentive service. We are inclusive and supportive. All positions are sub-contracted
$20 per hour with weekly payout in Cash!!!
We are pleased to offer a Signing Bonus** of $150. This bonus will be paid in one sum in a separate check on the next regularly scheduled pay date after you have successfully completed 6 weeks of continuous employment with Meticulous Maids. **Available only to those who work 25 or more hours weekly.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Clean residential homes
• Meeting with homeowners to discuss their expectations and preferences
• Responding to homeowners' inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
• Informing homeowners of any accidents that may occur during the course of cleaning
• Scrubbing and sanitizing bathrooms, toilets, showers, and sinks
• Scrubbing and sanitizing all kitchen fixtures and appliances
• Dusting ceilings, light fixtures, picture frames, tables, and chairs
• Spot cleaning doors and frames
• Vacuuming and mopping all types of flooring
• Performing interior window cleanings
• Ensure a clean and orderly environment
• Move reasonably sized furniture as necessary
• Maintain and sterilize cleaning equipment
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
• High school diploma or GED is preferred though not mandatory
• The ability to follow detailed instructions
• The ability to stand for long periods of time
• Excellent customer service skills
• Punctual, reliable and the ability to adapt to changing schedules
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic
• Reliable cell phone with data plan
• Proof of citizenship / Legally allowed to work in Canada
• Vulnerable sector check must be passed upon hiring
