Job description:
Join our busy Kanata south wellness clinic as a Part-Time Laser Therapy & Rehab Chiropractic Assistant (~20 hrs/wk, Mon/Wed/Thurs split shifts). Deliver hands-on patient care, operate advanced laser equipment (paid training provided), manage rehab stations, and conduct progress exams. Must have driver's license & vehicle. Competitive pay starting at $24/hr + free clinic care.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Part-time position in an established family wellness practice. Upbeat team environment with modern tech and growth opportunities. No Fridays/weekends, no late nights. Occasional events with advance notice.
Schedule Monday: 6:30–10:00am & 2:30–6:00pm
Wednesday: 6:30–10:00am & 2:30–6:00pm
Thursday: 6:30–10:00am & 3:00–6:00pm
Note: Split shifts with mid-day break. Confirm your availability below.
Required Qualifications
Valid driver's license & reliable vehicle.
Strong work history with long-term roles.
Proficient in Word and Excel/data entry (high typing speed & accuracy).
Excellent communication, outgoing personality, detail-oriented.
Physical ability for computer work & hands-on therapies.
Passion for health/fitness & following instructions.
Good-to-Have Skills
Social media (reels, posts, videos).
Inventory/KPI management.
Quick learner with great memory/work ethic.
Key Responsibilities
Operate laser therapy equipment (paid training/certification provided).
Run appointments on time, enter treatment records, analyze data.
Instruct stretching/posture exercises & vibration platforms.
Conduct progress check-ins (health questions), posture photos, x-ray setup.
Manage laser/rehab inventory & ordering.
Outreach events, reviews/testimonials, welcoming environment.
