JOB DESCRIPTION:
Experienced AZ Drivers Wanted
We’re currently hiring AZ Drivers to support our asphalt and construction operations.
This role involves safely transporting materials and equipment while working closely with site crews to keep projects moving efficiently.

Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks to transport construction materials, debris, and other freight to designated locations
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and proper functioning
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption
- Follow all safety protocols and traffic laws to prevent accidents or violations
- Communicate effectively with site managers and team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues encountered
- Perform basic automotive troubleshooting as needed to keep trucks in optimal condition
Skills
- Valid AZ commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record
- Minimum 3 years proven dump truck experience
- Experience operating dump trucks in a construction or industrial environment
- Knowledge of heavy equipment operation, including forklifts, is a plus
- Basic automotive repair skills for minor troubleshooting
- Strong safety awareness and adherence to safety standards at all times
- Excellent communication skills and reliability in meeting deadlines
